Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of delivery.
- For any returned items, the customer is responsible for courier or shipping charges.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags intact.
Eligible Return Conditions
- Item delivered is damaged or defective.
- Incorrect item delivered.
- Continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for any return request.
How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.
- Return reason must be clearly mentioned.
- For damaged or incorrect items, photographs of the product, price tag, and packing cover are mandatory.
- Our support team will review and approve the request.
Return Inspection & Refund
- Our quality assurance team will inspect the product upon receipt.
- Returns showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.
- If the product passes quality check, the refund will be processed.
