Returns & Refunds

  • Returns must be made within 3 days of the date of delivery.
  • For any returned items, the customer is responsible for courier or shipping charges.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with the price tags intact.

Eligible Return Conditions

  • Item delivered is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect item delivered.
  • Continuous parcel opening video is mandatory for any return request.

How to Raise a Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order details.

  • Return reason must be clearly mentioned.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, photographs of the product, price tag, and packing cover are mandatory.
  • Our support team will review and approve the request.

Return Inspection & Refund

  • Our quality assurance team will inspect the product upon receipt.
  • Returns showing signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • If the product passes quality check, the refund will be processed.
